Great app. Nice layout. Hopefully will get options to export, like email and pdf.

I use this app every week as I evaluate real estate purchases and manage my business. An easy to use, simple tool that helps me make decisions. Often, I calculate things quicker than my banker when using this app.

I like this app for debt to income ratio. It gives you an idea of how much you can afford on a mortgage payment. But dont fudge the numbers.

Some bad moments

On some entries the numbers in the mortgage calculator would not update correctly.

Wow... Freezing when I enter numbers into a calculator??!! Come on....

i think if anything to say im glad that i download this app, no question about the functionality, great concept and nice features

it runs very good, i like this one, its fast to open, no need for another app

I am deleting this app after a week. Too basic and doesnt save info from page to page. Gives adequate info, but just not knocking my socks off.

This app insists subtracting $2000 from my loan amount when I put 0 down. Must be a bug. I am deleting it.
